Ty Dunlap

Ty Dunlap is a Vice President at Vero Capital, where he supports the execution of Vero A2R's acquisition, disposition, and strategic asset management functions. Ty’s responsibilities include deal sourcing, underwriting, deal and market diligence, portfolio analysis, and debt and equity structuring. During his time at Vero, Ty has participated in over $400 million of transactions. Ty previously worked on Woods Capital's Investments team, where he performed underwriting, due diligence, and market research functions for ground-up and adaptive-use office, multifamily, and mixed-use development projects. Ty earned his B.A. in economics from Colgate University.
