Helena Finley

Helena Finley is a seasoned multi-family executive with broad expertise in planning, developing, and constructing large multi-family projects with 25+ years of proven leadership. Prior to working for Vero Sade, Helena managed the construction of high-end class-A multi-family projects for Morgan Group Development, Trammel Crow, Gables and Post Properties. In the past 20 years she has been responsible for the construction of 27 major multi-family and mixed-use projects with a total of 6,138 units and a total combined budgets of $715 million. These projects include modular housing, garden projects, urban mid-rises, mixed use retail and residential, high rise, and high-density wraps. Her career began in the hospitality industry working for Westin Hotels and Resorts. From there she worked in Education as a lecturer at the University of Houston’s College Hotel of Hotel and Restaurant Management and spent five years as President of Bradford School. In 2002 she made the transition to construction where she gained on-site management experience in the field as well as extensive project management experience. Most recently she has overseen the construction of twelve projects in Texas and Colorado. Helena was recruited from South Africa on a full swimming scholarship to the University of Houston where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree.
